General Rules for Abstract Submission

1. All abstracts shall be submitted and presented in English.
   Abstract is required to be submitted with the e-mail attachment to the secretariat (dock66@c-linkage.co.jp)

   * Please download “Submission Form” (xlsx) and input necessary information as well as paste your abstract onto the form.

   * The subject of submitting mail should be “66th Ningen Dock International”.

2. One author is allowed to submit several abstracts.
3. The presentation in this International Session is an oral presentation only.
4. First author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract before submission.
5. The number of co-authors is limited to 10 persons per abstract.
6. Title of presentation should be within 100 letters.
7. Word limitation for Abstract should be within 1,600 letters.
8. Abstracts should not include any diagrams, charts or reference citations.

The announcement of abstract acceptance

Peer preview shall be done by abstract selection committee. The announcement of abstract acceptance and presentation guideline (presentation date) shall be informed on the Conference website in the last of June 2025.
