- Chairs are requested to be seated in the Next Chair’s seat at the front right of the room no later than 15 minutes before the session starts.
- Chairs are asked to ensure all sessions start and finish punctually as scheduled.

PC Preview Desk
By 1 hour before the session, please go to the PC Preview Desk(1F Main Arena) to submit your presentation data to the operators.
The PC Preview Desk will be open during the following hours

March 3rd (Sun.) 8:15 A.M. ~ 3:00 P.M.
- Please bring their own files on a USB flash drive. (Other devices will not be accepted).
- The presentation file should be labeled with the abstract number and your name as follows:
(ex. JTK1-1_name.ppt)
- The presentation data you submit will be saved on the presentation computer (the server at the PC Preview Desk), and the secretariat will be responsible for deleting all data upon completion of the meeting.
How to create presentation data
- A Windows11 PC with Microsoft PowerPoint2016/2019/2021 will be available for the use of presenters on the stage.
- Please prepare presentation slides in wide size (16:9).
- Please note that Presenter view in Power Point is not available. If you need a presentation manuscript, please print it out and prepare it in advance.
- Mac users should bring their own PC, their AC adaptor, and a HDMI conversion adaptor.
- Please use fonts that are standard with the OS. To prevent the screen layout from collapsing, we recommend using the following fonts.
Recommended fonts (Japanese): MS Gothic, MS P Gothic, MS Mincho, MS P Mincho
Recommended fonts (English): Arial, Century, Century Gothic, Times New Roman
Equipment other than a PC and software other than the specified files cannot be used.
- If you would like to show a video, Please prepare the file in a file format that works with Windows Media Player 12
Recommended video file format : MP4, WMV
- The secretariat will be responsible for deleting all presentation data you submit upon completion of the meeting.
To speakers using your own PC for presentation
- If the speaker will bring their own PC, please adjust your computer settings so it does not revert to screensaver or energy-saving mode during your presentation.
- Please be sure to bring your own AC adapter for your PC.
- If the output terminal is not HDMI, please be sure to bring a connection adapter.
- Please be sure to check in advance that external display output is working properly.
Information for Poster presentation (JTK Poster Session)
- Poster presenters are requested to be present in front of your poster panel 10 minutes before the session starts.
Poster Reception
There is no reception for poster presentation.
Please check the schedule below and put up your posters on the poster panel with the abstract number provided in advance.

Presentation Time
JTK Poster Session: 7 minutes (5 minutes for presentation, 2 minutes for Q&A)
- When it is time for your session, please make a presentation in front of your poster according to the chair’s instructions.
- Please wear a ribbon prepared in front of your poster panel.
Poster preparation guidelines
- The panel size and the text body range where the poster will be pasted are as shown in the drawing below.
- Apart from the text, the title, presenter's name and affiliation(size: 20cm x 70cm) should be prepared by the presenter.

- The abstract number (size: 20cm x 20cm) will be prepared by secretariat.
- Printers and PCs are not available at the venue.
Please make sure to bring a paper copy of your manuscript.
How to attach your poster
- Please attach the posters with pins and studs provided by the secretariat.
Tape and glue cannot be used.

Reception
The reception desk is located at the entrance on the first floor of the venue and is open at the following hours.

Certificate of Participation: It will be provided with a name card at the reception desk.
