Visa Information
For citizens in certain countries, Application procedure of VISA is necessary to enter Japan.

VISA application information might be founded from your local travel agent, local Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General Office of Japan.
The organizer of ISEM2025 will prepare the necessary documents for applicants in need.
Applicants can require VISA application documents once registration procedure is completed.
Please notice this service needs payment for document fee (¥10,000JPY )

Important Note
- If the required information is missing, document processing will take time longer than usual. Your prompt action is highly recommended.
- Once you receive the documents from the organizer, you must submit these documents along with other documents specified by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General of Japan. You are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for these documents, and the organizer or secretariat office does not take any responsibility for the success/failure of the application.
- Please also note that the organizer/secretariat will not cover the cost of the VISA application.
