To Chairpersons of Oral Sessions
Please be seated in the “Next Chair” seat at the front right corner of your session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
During your session, please strictly control the progress and ensure each presentation adheres to the designated time allocation.
To Speakers of Oral Sessions (including invited speakers and free paper presenters)
All speakers (including those using their laptops) must submit their presentation data to the PC Reception Desk at least 45 minutes before their session.
Please pay attention to your session date and time and be on time.
Please be aware of and strictly control your presentation time.

Please stop by the Poster Registration Desk located at the Poster Room (203+204, 2F, Nara Prefectural Convention Center) 15 minutes before the session.
During the poster session, please strictly control the progress and ensure each presentation adheres to the designated time allocation.
To Speakers of Poster Presentations
Presentation Time: A three (3)-minute flash talk for each presentation.

To Award Nominees
Young Investigator Award
Young Investigator Award (YIA) candidates who pass the first round will be notified in advance.
(Abstracts not selected for the second round will be presented in the general oral or poster sessions.)
Time Allocation: Each candidate will give a twelve (12) minute presentation, followed by an additional six (6) minute Q&A.
