Ⅱ. Eligibility

The first and presenting author must be a member of the Japanese Society of Tropical Medicineor the Japanese Society of Travel and Health. Nonmembers who wish to submit abstracts must take up membership of either organization.

Ⅲ. Submission Guideline

•All presenters should submit their abstract through UMIN (online submission system).

All papers will be presented in the poster session, and some selected papers will also be presented as oral presentations in the workshops. Please select your preferred presentation format. Please note that we may ask you to present in a format different to your preference. Some abstracts submitted as poster presentations may be selected for oral presentation and vice versa. Abstract selection and presentation type will be reviewed and determined by the program committee.
The list of selected poster or oral/poster presentations will be posted on the Annual Meeting website in July. Visit our website to find out if your abstract has been selected for an oral/poster or poster presentation.

Please register in advance via online registration. We cannot accept registration at the venue.

*The students or graduate students must submit a copy of their student ID or certificate at the reception.
