Attendees must register online to participate on-site and to watch live and on-demand streams on the website. Please register before the following deadlines.
*Attendees may also register on-site during the event. Cash payments will not be accepted on-site, so please complete all payments online. Attendees are encouraged to register online as far in advance as possible as the reception desk may be crowded during the event period.

Registration Fee

This year’s registration fee includes fees for ISMRM-JPC 2023, which will be held at the same time.
By registering for this meeting, you are also eligible to attend ISMRM-JPC 2023 (on-site and live stream).

• * If you are only attending ISMRM-JPC 2023, you can still register from the registration page below. However, please note that if you register in this category, you will only be able to participate in the ISMRM JPC 2023 on-site, and you will not be able to watch the live broadcast.

• * If you are a student, please send your student ID card or other document that proves your enrollment in advance to the event secretariat by e-mail.

Payment of Registration Fee

Payment can only be made by credit card through the online registration system.

• * The following credit cards are accepted:
  Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club
• * Cards that can only be used for revolving (multiple installment) payments are not accepted.
  Please use a card that allows payments to be made in a single installment.

Program & Abstracts

The program and abstracts from this meeting will be made available to attendees as follows:
On-site: Distributed to attendees at the registration desk during the event period

• If you would like to purchase additional copies of the program and abstracts for the 51th Annual Meeting of the JSMRM, they will be sold on-site. (4,000 yen per book)
• The contents of the abstracts from the meeting will be available for viewing online. Additional details will be posted on the website at a later date.

Points to Note for Registration

• After registering online, an email confirming the completion of your registration will be sent automatically. If you do not receive this email in one hour, your registered email address may be incorrect or the registration process may not be complete. If this is the case, please contact the Congress Secretariat by email.
• The confirmation email will include your login ID and password to view the website. Please keep this information in a safe place.
• Please visit My Page to check your registration details and download a certificate of attendance and receipts.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after registration is complete. Please note that no refunds will be made once payment has been received, so be sure to avoid duplicate registrations.
• Participants who will be attending the meeting on-site should present the registration email or certificate of attendance, which can be downloaded from the website, at the registration desk. You will receive your nametag and a copy of the program and abstracts at that time.
