Call for Abstracts

JSMRM2023 Organizing Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts so that the most updated research works and interesting cases around the world can be shared.
Abstract submissions should be made through the online abstract submission system on this website.

Abstract Submission Period

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

1. Abstract Text and Structure

• Abstract should be written in English.
• Title of the abstract should be no longer than 150 characters.
• Summary of the abstract should be no longer than 300 characters including spaces.
• Main text should be no longer than 3,200 characters with spaces and with up to 2 images.
• Abstract should be divided into succinct sections for 1. Objective/background 2. Method 3. Result 4. Conclusion.

2. Presentation Styles

There are 3 types of presentation styles;

1. Oral Presentation (On-site)
2. Oral Presentation (Live broadcasted)
3. Poster Presentation (On-site only)

The final decisions on your presentation style will be made by the Organizing Committee.

3. Presentation Time (※tentative)

Oral

Presentation time of oral session is 10 min (7 min for presentation and 3 min for discussion) for each speaker.
If you would like to present remotely, you are required to submit a video in advance.

• * Presenters who will submit the presentation data have no discussion time.
  On-site (Live-broadcasted): September 22(Fri.) – 24(Sun.), 2023
  On-demand streaming: October 3(Tue.) – 31(Tue.), 2023

Poster

Presentation time of oral session is 8 min (5 min for presentation and 3 min for discussion) for each speaker.
If your abstract is accepted as a Poster, please bring poster for on-site presentation and in addition submit poster data by the due date to be announced later.
Poster data should be in PDF for web viewing, with maximum 16 slides in wide size (16:9).

4. Notification of Acceptance

Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submitted abstracts.
