Method of Abstract Submission
Online registration is only available.
To submit an abstract, please click the abstract submission button at the bottom of this page.
You may modify your abstract until the abstract submission deadline.
Call for Abstracts
When submitting an abstract, please select whether you are a member or non-member of the Japanese Society for Rehabilitation Nutrition.
Non-members can also submit an abstract.
Please select one of the presentation categories and submit your abstract.
Only abstracts that have not been previously presented may be submitted. If any false information is found in the submitted content, you will be contacted by the office.
The responsibility for the content of the submitted abstract rests with the presenter. The society assumes no responsibility for the content of the submitted abstract.
Notes on abstract submission
Once the abstract submission deadline has passed, no modifications or deletions can be made.
Please take ethical considerations into account when submitting your abstract.
For research that may infringe on privacy or affect the human body, please clearly state that you have obtained the subject's explanation and consent.
The registered data will be used as is in the program and abstracts. Please note that any errors in the data will be published as is.
Please note that registration may take some time or may not be completed immediately before the deadline due to server processing capacity slowdowns caused by the heavy access. Please allow sufficient time for your application.
Declaration of Conflict of Interest
The presenting author (first speaker) is required to report any conflicts of interest.
Please disclose your COI status within the past year on your presentation slides.

Abstract Submission Guideline <English Session>
Abstracts must be written in English.
Abstract lengths are as below.
- Title: maximum of 120 characters.
- Text: maximum of 1,600 characters.
Abstract text should be based on the following format:
A) Background, B) Methods, C) Results, D) Conclusion:
The total number of speakers and co-presenters should be limited to 15.
The number of affiliated institutions should be limited to a maximum of 10.
Management of abstract information
All registered information will be used only for the purpose of presentation at the Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Rehabilitation Nutrition.
Decisions and Notification of Acceptance/Rejection
Abstracts will be accepted or rejected based on the results of peer review. The result of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of abstract submission.
