To JUA2023 Participants

Registration is only available at the Kobe International Exhibition Hall.
Please note that there is no Registration Desk at the Kobe Portopia Hotel or Kobe International Conference Center.
Both those who have registered in advance and those who plan to register on the day need have their participation certificates (name cards) issued at the General Information on the day of the event.

Registration Desk opening times and location

１．Issuance of the Participation Certificates (Name Cards)

１）Advance Registrations

(1) Those who have registered and paid the participation fee by April 13 (Thu.), Tokyo time (JST) will receive a participation registration confirmation (QR code) by e-mail. Please bring a paper copy of the QR code with you on the day or prepare to display it on your smartphone. Hold the QR code over the ticketing machine at the "Pre-Registration" window to issue your participation certificate (name card).

(2) For those who have registered for participation after April 14 (Fri.), Tokyo time (JST), please come to the "General Information" window to receive your certificate of participation (name card).

２）On the Day Registrations

Please come to the “Onsite Registration” window to register. Participation fee can be paid by cash or credit card.
After you have completed your registration, a participation certificate (name card) will be issued by the ticketing machine.

• * Please note that the Abstract Presenter discount will not be applied to On the Day registrations.

2．Program Book

Program Book is distributed free of charge at the venue, but please note that the number of available copies is limited.

3. Cloakroom

Please note that the following items cannot be left at the Cloakroom: valuables, umbrellas.
Be sure to check the closing time when checking in, and refrain from leaving your items at the cloakroom after hours.
Please note that the opening hours are different for each location.

• * If you are participating in the JUA Night, please pick up your items before moving to the JUA Night venue and use the cloakroom at the Kobe Portopia Hotel.
• * There is no cloakroom at the Kobe International Conference Center.

4. International Party

Date/Time: April 20 (Thu.) 19:30～21:00
Venue: Kobe Portopia Hotel, Main Building B1F, Nunobiki/Kitano banquet hall
Participation fee: Free
This event is open to all registered congress participants, so please feel free to attend.

5. JUA Night (Get-together)

Date/Time: April 21 (Fri) at 7:00-9:00 PM
Venue: Kobe Portopia Hotel, South Building 1F, Ohwada banquet hall (Rooms 2-4)
Language: Japanese
Participation fee: Free
Please join us at the JUA Night to enjoy the General Assembly, the International Session and the Simulator Contest award ceremonies.

6. JUA Gourmet Festival 2023

There will be Kansai delicacies, sweets, and drinks offered for consumption at the venue.
These can be exchanged for JUA tickets that are sold at the JUA Ticket Desk in sets (a set of five tickets for 1500 JPY).

• * The number of available portions for each menu is limited. Once the available portions have been sold, the booth will be closed.
