Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI) is required to all the authors (first and all the co-authors).
All the authors need to fill-in the Self-reported Potential Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form.
When the abstract submission is completed, it is required for the first author to send the COI forms for all the authors and email them to Secretariat for the 78th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Public Health (coi-jsph78@c-linkage.co.jp).
