1. To Chairs
1) Information for Chairs of Oral Sessions
All chairs of oral sessions are requested to be seated at the Next Chair's seats located in the right front row 15 min before their session starts.
2) Information for Chairs of Poster Sessions
All chairs of poster sessions are requested to come to the poster chair's reception (G1-G6, Pacifico Yokohama North 1F) at least 15-min before their session starts.
2. To Speakers
1) Instructions for Oral Presentation
- All speakers are requested to bring their presentation data (PPT) on USB Flash Drive, CD-R or their own computer to PC Preview Center (G1-G6, Pacifico Yokohama North 1F) and to upload their presentation data at least 60-min before their session.
- All speakers are requested to be seated at the Next Speaker's seats located in the left front row 15-min before their session starts.
- All speakers for JSOG Congress Award Candidate, International Session Workshop are requested to stay in the room until the end of the session.
- The Scientific Program Committee will allot each speaker of the following sessions. Speakers are requested to strictly keep the allotted time.

- Recommended typefaces are Century, Century Gothic, Arial, and Times New Roman. Please avoid special characters.
- Please include the presentation number and presenter's name in the file name.
e.g. Presentation number_name.pptx - If you create your presentation using a Macintosh and/or moving images, please bring your own computer.
- If you use your own computer, please bring your power adaptor.
- Presenter Tool displaying your manuscript on PC monitor at the podium is not available.
- Slides must be made in 16:9 screen resolution (FHD 1920 x 1080).
- PC Preview Center is open as follows:

2) Instructions for Poster Presentation (International Session Poster)
International Session Poster (Poster presentation) will be held on April 19 (Fri.).
All poster session speakers are requested to prepare a paper poster, PPT presentation slides for digital poster, and PDF slides for on-demand streaming.
Instruction for Paper Poster Set-up
- All paper posters should be set up between 7:30 - 8:30 on April 19 (Fri.).

- All posters are to be written entirely in English.
- A presentation number to be placed at the top left of the poster will be prepared by the Congress Secretariat. Each author is requested to indicate the "Title", "Authors' Names", "Authors' Affiliations" and "City Country" at the top right of the panel within an area measuring 70 cm wide by 20 cm high.
- The poster contents should be arranged to describe the "Objective", "Methods",
"Results" and "Conclusion" of the presentation. - The usable area of the contents is the size measuring 90 cm wide by 180 cm high.
The layout of the presentation contents is at the authors' discretion. - The typeface used on the poster panel should be at least 18 mm high so that the content can be read from a distance.
- Tables and figures should likewise be of an appropriate scale, with text large enough to be read easily.
- Posters are attached to the boards with thumbtacks, which will be provided by the Congress Secretariat. No paste, glue, staples and/or nails are permitted.
Instruction for Digital Poster Presentation
- All poster session speakers are requested to give 3-min oral presentations in front of the 75-inch monitor at the digital poster room using the presentation slides submitted in advance. After each presentation, 2-min discussion will follow. Speakers are requested to strictly keep the allotted time guided by chairs.
- Presentation data cannot be registered and replaced at the venue.
- Please come directly to the digital poster room (G1-G6, Pacifico Yokohama North 1F) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled presentation time.
- The monitor at the podium will display the presentation slides registered in advance.
- Please move from one slide to the next by yourself during your presentation.

ID and Password to access the uploading system will be sent individually via e-mail by March 22 (Fri.). Please contact the Congress Secretariat if you do not receive the mail by then.
3) Disclosure of COI (Conflict of Interest)
All speakers are required to disclose any financial relationship (within the past 3 years) with a biotechnology manufacturer, a pharmaceutical company, or other commercial entity that has an interest in subject matter or materials discussed in the abstract.

JSOG Congress Awards will be given to a selected number of outstanding oral presentations at the "JSOG Congress Award Candidate. "

JSOG Congress Encouragement Awards will be given to the presentations of “JSOG Congress Award Candidate”, which aren’t selected as JSOG Congress Award, and to a selected number of outstanding oral presentations at the "International Session Workshop."
