Registration

Congress will be held on-site (in-person) and most sessions will be broadcasted as on-demand streaming after the on-site congress.

On-site congress: Apr. 19 – Apr. 21 (JST)
On-demand streaming: May 1 noon – May 31 23:59 (JST)

  • All participants need to register online.
  • Most sessions will be held in Japanese. Please check the program page for the list of sessions in English.

Registration Fee

3,000 JPY

Foreign participants who qualify for International Session do not need to be a member of the JSOG, but are required to pay 3,000 JPY/person as the registration fee.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

Certificate of Attendance and Receipt

You can download Certificate of Attendance and Receipt from “My Page” after completing the registration.
* You can download the receipt only once.

After completing this registration, please proceed to the registration payment.
Please note that no refunds/cancellations are allowed after payment.
Registration is by credit card only.

4．Completion
Once registration (payment) is completed, you will receive an email to your registered email address confirming that your payment has been completed (application completed).

5．Certificate of Participation / Receipt
After payment is completed, you can download the participation certificate and receipt from My Page.

Visa Application

After the registration, please request the visa support documents to the congress secretariat (ovs-jsog2024@c-linkage.co.jp).
Please note that an itinerary (flight and accommodation information) must be fixed for the request.
