Instructions for session chairs and speakers (Participating online)

We will use Zoom Webiner.

Please find the Zoom information from the below.

We have already informed chairs and speakers the Zoom URL (1.For a connection test / 2.For the session) by e-mail. Please contact us if you have not received the information.

• Connection test Zoom will be opened 40minutes before the scheduled start rime of the session. Please log in using the specified URL (1: test URL) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session. In the test, operators will confirm the connection of Zoom and explain the schedule of session.
  *According to the previous session schedule, zoom will not be opened as scheduled. In that case, please wait until it starts.
• After a connection test, please log in using the URL (2: session URL) and then the session will be started on the schedule.
