Call for Papers
The JSMRM 2016 Organizing Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts so that the most updated research works and interesting cases around the world can be shared. Abstract submissions should be made through the online abstract submission system on this website.
Abstract Submission Period
April 14(Thu), 2016 ～ May 26(Thu), 2016
At noon on June 6(Mon) (Japan standard time) for Oral Presentation
→ Abstract submission for Oral presentation is closed.
April 14(Thu), 2016 ～ At noon on June 30(Thu) (Japan standard time)
for PDF-poster.
PDF-poster deadline was postponed until
July 11(Mon), 2016. (Japan standard time)
→ Abstract submission for PDF poster is closed.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
1) Pre-Registration
- In order to submit an abstract, the first author (=corresponding author) needs to complete pre-registration and its payment.
If you have not completed your pre-registration, please go to the registration page here.
2) Abstract Text and Structure
- Abstract should be written in English.
- The title of the abstract should be no longer than 150 characters.
- The body of the abstract should be no longer than 1800 characters and spaces. Do not include the title, any authors or affiliations in the abstract.
- If the abstract contains any images, the body of the abstract should be within 1200 characters and spaces.
- Author and affiliation list should be structured as follows;
The first author should be the corresponding author as well as the presenter.
Up to 15 co-authors can be listed and will appear in the abstract book in order you specified. Each affiliation should be identified in the author list.
3) Presentation Style and Category
- There are 2 types of presentation;
1) Oral 2) PDF-Poster※ - The Program Committee will make the final allocation.
※Presentation time of Oral session is 10min. (7min. Presentation and 3min. For Q&A) for each speaker.
※PDF-Poster:
If your abstract is accepted as a PDF-poster, please submit the PDF poster data by August 10, 2016. The PDF-Posters will be accessible by PC at PDF-Poster room on-site. There is neither presentation nor discussion for PDF-Posters.
4) Notification of Acceptance
- The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject submitted abstracts.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors by e-mail at the end of July, 2016.
