To ensure the smooth operation of the conference and to avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to register for the conference in advance.

Payment of the registration fee should be made by credit card.
VISA or MasterCard is accepted.

  • For registered participants
    The "Receipt" and “Health Check Sheet” will be attached to the pre-registration completion e-mail.
    Please submit a “Health Check Sheet” at the Pre-registration desk when you come to the venue.
    In exchange for the sheet, you will be given a "Name Card" and a "Certificate of Attendance".
  • For unregistered participants
    Onsite-registration: October 2 (Sat.)-3 (Sun.)
    Method of payment: Credit Card only (VISA or MasterCard is accepted).
    Please apply from the PC of the registration desk at the venue or our Homepage.

Cancellation

Once you completed your registration and the payment, any cancellation and refund are not accepted.
