Registration
The 54th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (JSCN2024) will be held basically as in-person style.
Only major programs and English sessions will be live streamed for online participants during the meeting.

*1 Doctors are requested to register in the “Regular” category.
*2 Medical staff other than doctors, such as clinical laboratory technicians, clinical engineers, and nurses are requested to register as “Medical staff” category.
*3 Sapporo Super EEG is now available for participation via live-streaming viewing. Please select "non-participation" in the "Participation registration category for JSCN2024" and register for Sapporo Super EEG Live Streaming Viewing.
Important Notes:
- Once registration is completed, the registration fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is the same for members and non-members.
Payment
Please note that NO refund will be given once payment is completed.
Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by credit card only.

Payment Confirmation
A Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically after you pay for registration.
If you do not receive an e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Receipts, Certificates
- Receipts and participation certificates will be available for download from the viewing site.
- Access to the viewing site will be available from mid-September. We will inform participants when the viewing site is open.
- The login ID and password for the viewing site are included in the registration confirmation email.

Please download and print your name card from the My Page section of the website and bring it with you to the venue on the day of the conference.

Registration can only be completed via the online registration system. Please click the button at the bottom of this page to proceed to the registration page and fill in the required information.
After registration, a confirmation email containing your registration details will be sent automatically.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2-3 days, please contact the organizing office at
(reg_jscn2024@c-linkage.co.jp). - How to make a payment
Payment is by credit card only.
*Registration is complete once the registration fee has been paid by credit card. - Cancellation Policy
Once registration is completed, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Please ensure there are no duplicate registrations before submitting. - Privacy Policy
The personal information provided will be used by the Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology and the 54th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology / 61st Technical Workshop in accordance with our privacy policy, for the purposes of managing the conference (including procedures related to the certification of workshop credits and participant registration). All information will be securely deleted upon completion of these tasks.
