Please provide a confirmation signed by the head of department/Institution specifically referring to the number of years in a given position or the career level, at the moment of your registration.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be notified in writing, by email, to ills-stc2024@c-linkage.co.jp according to the following policy:

| Cancellations after September 1, 2024 | No Refund |
Refunds will be made within one month after the end of the event(Oct, 2nd).
Registration fee will be refunded to the credit card used during registration. Participants sponsored by companies are not eligible to require a refund.
There is no refund for cancellation request submission or VISA application failure happened after Sep 1st.
Above policy also applies to Pre-Congress Seminar and Gala Dinner.

Visa Information
For citizens in certain countries, Application procedure of VISA is necessary to enter Japan.

VISA application information might be founded from your local travel agent, local Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General Office of Japan.
The organizer of ILLS STC 2024 will prepare the necessary documents for applicant in need.
Applicants can require VISA application documents once registration procedure is completed.
Please notice this service needs payment for document fee (¥23,540 JPY ).
Important Note
- If the required information is missing, document processing will take time. Your prompt action is highly recommended.
- Once you receive the documents from the organizer, you must submit these documents along with other documents specified by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General of Japan. You are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for these documents, and the organizer or secretariat office does not take any responsibility for the success/failure of the application.
- Please also note that the organizer/secretariat will not cover the cost of the VISA application.
