Call for Abstract
The 62nd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Society of Nuclear Medicine
Period of submission: January 12 (Wed.) - February 28 (Mon), 2022
Qualification
The first presenter should be a member of JSNM.
Non JSNM members are required to apply for membership.
Abstract submission
Abstracts should be submitted by UMIN online registration.
Please note that submission by email or post mail is not acceptable.

Abstracts should contain TEXT ONLY (no Tables, Figures, Graphs).
Abstracts are NOT allowed to exceed the text limit.
Abstracts should be documented starting with purpose, procedure, result, and finishing with conclusion.

Please note that your presentation style may be changed depending on the program. Please leave the final decision to the congress president.
*Case reports should be registered as “free papers”.
*Registration for a specific theme will open after the general theme has been decided.
*Information about the submission of abstracts for invited lecturers and symposium speakers will be sent at a later date.

Submission Guidelines
- Please adhere to standard ethical guidelines and rules.

To protect the privacy of patients and examinees, please be especially careful of the following:
- Do not include patient names, initials, code names, or patient numbers that individuals can be identified with.
- You may specify the year and month as a timeframe only if it is guaranteed that it does NOT identify the individual.
- If the patients are receiving diagnosis or treatment at another hospital, do not include the name of the facility or its location.
- If the individuals can be identified by combined information such as date or hospital of operation, please describe their ages as follows:
Ex: 40-44 years old: “early forties”, 45-49 years old: “late forties”
- Please do not use company names or phrases that can identify a specific company in the abstract title. (Equipment or software with a registered trademark, etc.)
- Please make sure to check that you have entered your email address correctly, and that your settings allow emails from us. You will receive an automatic reply when you complete abstract submission or abstract modification. If you do not receive a reply within a few days, please contact the WFNMB2022 Registration/Abstract Submission Office (desk@wfnmb2022-secretariat.com. We highly recommend confirming the submission of your abstract on the online portal after completion of your online submission.
- Please save a copy of your password and the abstract number you receive after submission, as they are required when modifying your abstract and when contacting the WFNMB2022 Registration/Abstract Submission Office regarding your abstract. Please confirm if your abstract submission was successful by logging in to the “Check & Modify” page using your abstract number and password.
- The results of abstract selection and the presentation schedule will be announced via email after mid-May.
