Presentation format

Live and On-demand*

*Some sessions and lectures might be only on live streaming.

Moderators and speakers are asked to access Zoom for live presentation.

  • Presentation language : English
  • Presentation time : as informed in advance

Presentation Data

  • Aspect ratio : 16:9 recommended (4:3 is also possible)
  • Please include the followings in your presentation slides.

For On-demand oral presentation

Presentation format

On-demand (pre-recorded video)

  • Presentation language : English
  • Presentation time : within 10 minutes

Presentation Data

  • Please record your narration in PowerPoint's "Record Slideshow" and export it to MP4 (movie file).
  • Data format : MP4 file recommended(mp4, mov, wmv, m4v, avi or mpeg is possible)
  • Capacity : within 500MB
  • Aspect ratio : 16:9 recommended (4:3 is also possible)
  • Please include the followings in your presentation slides.
