• Please note that the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Virology (JSV) will be held on-site only in Hamamatsu City, Japan. No webcast will be available.
• Payment Method:
  • Payment for registration will be accepted by the following method:
  • Pre-Registration: credit card
  • On-site Registration (On the day of the annual meeting) Credit card or cash only.

Registration Fee

• JSV Student Member (Ph.D. Student) *1：
• Only student members of the Japanese Society for Virology are eligible. Students who do not belong to the Japanese Society for Virology are “Non-JSV members”.
• Undergraduate students should upload a student ID card from the registration page.
• The JSV membership number is required for registration. Please put “99999” if you are in the process of applying for the JSV membership.

Program & Abstract Book

We will prepare a program booklet and a Program & Abstract (PDF). These are included in the registration fee above.

• Program booklet: For those who pre-register by October 7th (Tue.), the program booklet and Name Badge will be sent out by mid-October (For those who live overseas, they will be available at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.).
  Please note that we will not reissue them if you forget or lose them.
  For those who register after October 8th (Wed.), they will be available at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.
• Program & Abstracts (PDF): It will be posted on the meeting website.
  Password to view will be send to participants when the PDF is released to the website.

Name badge

• For those who pre-register by October 7th (Tue.), the Program Booklet and Certificate of Attendance will be sent out by mid-October. For those who register after October 8th (Wed.), they will be provided at the reception desk during the day of the annual meeting.
• Please be sure to bring your Name Badge with you as you will need to wear it at all times at the meeting venue. Please note that if you forget or lose it, it will take time to reissue it.

Payment Method

• Your credit card statement will show the charge under the name "Convention Linkage, Inc."

Registration Procedure

Registration will be done online.

• Each participant may only register only one time.
  Once your registration is complete, it cannot be changed.
• For this meeting, registration fee can be paid only by credit card.
• Click the "Online Registration" button below to proceed a registration.
• Your registration will be complete once the payment has been completed. If the payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your registration will be invalidated.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• If there are any changes, please contact the secretariat office below.
• As a general rule, registration fees will not be refunded.

• Registered personal information will be used only for the annual meeting.
• The information is protected and securely saved with necessary security.
