- This meeting will be "online registration" only. *Since there is no reception of participation with cash at the venue, please complete the participation registration in advance from the following Online Pre-Registration page before arriving at the venue.

*1. Only student members of the Japanese Society for Virology are eligible. Students who do not belong to the Japanese Society for Virology are “Non-JSV members”.

※ The JSV membership number is required for registration. Please put “007-999-9999” if you are in the process of joining the JSV membership.
Online Presentation Search System
The 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Virology will offer an official JSV meeting application, which will allow participants to look up presentations and manage their own schedules.
* The password for using Online Presentation Search System will be sent to your registered e-mail address prior to the meeting.
Payment Method
Payment of the pre-registration fee should be made by credit card or bank transfer.
No refunds will be made after you complete your registration and payment.
- Handling fees for bank transfer should be covered by the remitter.
- Registration will not be completed without payment. Your registration will be cancelled if payment is not confirmed by deadline.
Payment Badge and Online Presentation Search System

Your name badge/receipt (only those who paid for it) will be given at the meeting venue. Please come to the registration desk with your registration ID. If you would like a receipt in advance, please contact the secretariat.
Name badges issued at the registration desk must be worn for admittance to all sessions. Name budges will not be re-issued.

You are recommended to make a reservation early on your own. Hotels around the meeting venue will be crowded.
