1．Registration Period

Registration Period (registration via online portal): from November, 2023 to 12:00 on Friday, March 29th, 2024 (JST).
On-site Congress: from Thursday, January 25th, 2024 to Friday, January 26th, 2024.
Video-on-demand Streaming: from Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 to 12:00 on Friday, March 29th, 2024 (JST)

How to register

Please register via online portal.

Check-in

Upon arrival at the congress venue, please visit the Registration Desk to pick up your congress goods and name badge. Please wear the badge at all times when you stay at the congress venue.

2．Registration Fee

*1 Those who register as "Student" are required to upload their student ID card. When registering, please upload the scan data of your student ID card valid for the period of JSOO 2024.

Payment

• We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club) only. We cannot accept payment other than online credit card payment.
• Please note that we will not accept any cancellations. Registration fee will not be refundable under any circumstances.
• Please note that the credit card transaction will be made under the name of Convention Linkage, Inc., and not under the name of the Association.

3. What you can register via online portal

1. Participation for on-site program of the 42nd JSOO
2. Get-together
   The award ceremony of "Best Poster Award" will be held at the get-together on Thursday, January 25.
   Start: 18:30 on Thursday, January 25th
   Venue: Premier Hotel -TSUBAKI- Sapporo
   (1 Chome-1-1 Toyohira 4 Jo, Toyohira Ward, Sapporo, Hokkaido 062-0904)
   Participation Fee: 5,000 JPY
3. Hands-on-Seminar (Japanese only)
   January 25th co-hosted by Japanese Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (Registration fee: 3,000 JPY)
   January 26th co-hosted by BEAR Medic Corporation (Registration fee is included in the congress registration fee)
4. Educational Training Course (Video-on-Demand only, Japanese only)
   Registration Fee: 5,000 JPY

4. About Login ID and Password for Online Portal

After registration and payment of the registration fee by credit card, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you registered. It contains confirmation of your payment and your login ID and password to log into the online portal.
Please note that the e-mail will not be sent to those who have only registered for the event but have not yet completed payment.

5. About Abstract Book

The PDF data will be available in My Page (Online Portal) for registered participants.

For login ID and password, please check the email sent to you after your registration is completed.

6. Certificate of Attendance and Receipt for Registration

After payment is completed, the receipt can be downloaded on the screen after logging in to the registration (Japanese only). For English version, please contact to the secretariat.
