1. Power Pitch format is added to presentation types for general abstracts. You will be asked about desired presentation type, but please leave the final decision to the Chair.
   What is Power Pitch?
2. With general abstracts, whether that be an Oral presentation, Poster presentation, or Power Pitch, you will be asked to create and submit a 7-minutes voiced video. In addition, a three-minute condensed version will be required for general abstracts accepted for Power Pitch. Regardless of the presentation type, you will be notified about the video submission procedure after abstract acceptance.
3. The Meeting will be held in hybrid format to make remote presentations and discussions available.

Registration, Correction and Confirmation Period

Word Limit

• Title: within 150 one-byte characters
• Summary: within 300 one-byte characters
• Main text: within 1,600 one-byte characters (without diagrams) or 1,000 one-byte characters (with diagrams)

Presentation Types

The following three styles of presentations are available this time.

• Oral presentation
• Power Pitch presentation
• Digital Poster presentation

You will be asked about the desired presentation type. Final decision on allocation of presentation types will be made by the Program Committee, of which you will be informed when notified of abstract acceptance.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations will be held on the following schedule.

• Prerelease: September 2 (Fri.) – 8 (Thu.), 2022
• Scheduled (live) broadcast: September 9 (Fri.) – 11 (Sun.), 2022
• On-demand streaming: September 21 (Wed.) – October 20 (Thu.), 2022

If you are accepted for oral presentation, please submit a video as follows.

• Presentation video (7 minutes)

Power Pitch Presentation

What is Power Pitch?

Power Pitch presentations will be held on the following schedule.

• Prerelease: September 2 (Fri.) – 8 (Thu.), 2022
• Scheduled (live) broadcast: September 9 (Fri.) – 11 (Sun.), 2022
• On-demand streaming: September 21 (Wed.) – October 20 (Thu.), 2022

If you are accepted for the Power Pitch presentation, please submit a video as follows.

• Presentation video (7 minutes)
• “3-minutes presentation”

Details will be provided to presenters at a later date.

Digital Poster Presentations

Digital Posters will be on-demand streamed over the Web so that the abstracts can be viewed on the Web anytime during the streaming period.

Streaming period: September 2 (Fri.) – October 20 (Thu.), 2022

If you are accepted for Digital Poster presentation, please submit a video as follows.（No paper posters needed.）

• ＊All presentation types (Oral, Digital poster, Power Pitch) are subject to consideration for Chair’s Award. This, however, only applies to abstracts authorized by their authors for on-demand streaming.
