Call for Abstracts
The JSMRM 2018 Organizing Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts so that the most updated research works and interesting cases around the world can be shared. Abstract submissions should be made through the online abstract submission system on this website.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission
1) Pre-registration
- In order to submit an abstract, the first author (= corresponding author, as well as the presenter.) needs to complete pre-registration and its payment.
If you have not completed your pre-registration, please go to the registration page.
2) Abstract Text and Structure
- Abstract should be written in English.
- The title of the abstract should be no longer than 150 characters.
- Summary of the abstract should be no longer than 300 characters and spaces.
- The main text should be no longer than 1,600 characters and spaces.
If the abstract contains an image, the text should be within 1,000 characters and spaces.
3) Presentation Style
- There are 2 types of presentation;
1) Oral
2) Poster (paper and PDF posters) - The Program Committee will make the final allocation.
4) Presentation Time (※tentative)
- Presentation time of oral session is 10 min (7 min for presentation and 3 min for discussion) for each speaker.
- Presentation time of paper poster session is 30 min.
Paper poster presenters are requested to be at their posters for discussion. - For PDF posters, there is no presentation nor discussion time. PDF-Posters will be available on PC at PDF-Poster room on-site. If your abstract is accepted as a PDF-poster, please submit the PDF poster data by August 30, 2018
5) Notification of Acceptance
- Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submitted abstracts.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors by e-mail at the end of July, 2018.
