This conference is also open to non-members.
"Online Registration" is the only registration method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you come to the registration desk at the on-site venue, you will be asked to register on the spot using the same registration system. Cash payment of the registration fee will not be accepted.
To reduce congestion, please register in advance on the website.
After completing registration, you will receive an email with a participation certificate, and a printable name card. Please print your own name card to use at the event. Printing is not available at the on-site venue.
Congress Format
This congress will be held entirely on-site. There will be no live streaming or on-demand streaming.
Registration Contents
- Included in the registration fee: certificate of participation, receipt, program abstracts (PDF)
- Participation fee for members: no tax, non-members: consumption tax of 10%.
- The Japanese Society for Gene and Cell Therapy has started the "Certified Medical Doctor" system from the fiscal year 2023. The application for the certification is required to be a member of the society.

Online registration payment is by credit card only; VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club are accepted.

Certificate of Participation, Name Card, and Receipt
Upon registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration status. Within, there will be a URL where you may download and print your Certificate of Participation. Please print and bring your Certificate of Participation. Please note that participation certificates and receipts will not be reissued.
Cancellation Policy
In principle, cancellations will not be accepted after registration. Please note that no refunds of registration fees will not be accepted due to double registrations or other personal reasons.
*In the event that the start of the "Reception" is cancelled due to infectious diseases or other reasons, the registration fee for the reception paid in advance will be refunded.
