On-site Name Card
The name card will be issued at the on-site participant reception desk (Nagoya Convention Hall 2nd floor). Please log in to your “My Page” and bring either a printed copy of the QR code (for on- site name card issuance) or a device displaying the QR code.
Notes on the Registration
- If you want to change the registration details, please log in to “My Page” and you can update your affiliation, name, or contact information.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after payment has completed, regardless of the reason. Please be aware that changes in registration categories after payment is completed will also not be accepted.
- After payment is completed, a registration completion e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you registered during account creation. The e-mail will contain your login ID and password to log in to “My Page”. Please be careful not to delete the e-mail by mistake.
