For this academic conference, we are accepting applications for co-sponsored seminars, advertisements, and exhibitions. Thank you for your cooperation of everybody. If you would like a letter of intent, please contact the management office below via email.

How to apply
- Applications for various types of sponsorship will only be accepted online through the "Society Sponsorship Application System" operated by the management office (Convention Linkage Co., Ltd.).
- Once your application has been submitted, it cannot be canceled unless it is deemed to be due to force majeure.
- Applicants may not transfer or lend all or part of the seminar space, exhibition booth, or advertising space to a third party or exchange it between applicants without permission from the organizer. Please note.
If you agree to the above, please proceed to applicant registration by clicking the "Society Sponsorship Application System" button at the bottom of this page.
Application process
1. Registration of registrant information
If you are using the Society's sponsorship application system for the first time, you will need to register your registrant information for the first time. Please proceed to the system login screen by clicking the "Society Sponsorship Application System" button below, and register by clicking "New Registration" at the bottom of the screen. After registering, you will receive a registration completion notification email, so please check it.
2. Login to the “Academic Society Sponsorship Application System”
Please proceed to the login screen by clicking the "Society Sponsorship Application System" button and log in by entering your registered user ID and password.
3. Various application registration
After logging in, please select the desired sponsorship content from the "New Application" button, enter the necessary information, and register. After completing your application, you will receive a confirmation email, so please check it.
Points to note when registering
Regarding registration confirmation notification email
If you do not receive a confirmation email, the email address you registered may be incorrect or the email may have been automatically sorted into your spam folder. Please check and contact the management office if you cannot confirm the email.
Regarding corrections and changes to registered details
You cannot modify or change the entered information after completing your application. If you have any questions, please contact the management office below via email.
Regarding the determination of sponsorship
After the application deadline, the management office will contact you with the official decision. Please note that if we receive a large number of applications, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
About issuing invoices
After the sponsorship is officially determined, the management office will send an invoice (PDF) to the registered invoice address by email.If you would like the invoice to be sent by mail, please write in the notes section that you would like the invoice to be sent by mail.
Purpose of use of personal information
Personal information you register, such as your name and email address, will not be used for any purpose other than contacting you regarding your application for sponsorship of the academic society.

Only when using for the first time, please register your registrant information from "New Registration". If you already have a user ID and password, please enter the necessary information and log in to the sponsorship application screen.
