Fees

We offer special registration fee for the presenters and participants traveling from outside of Japan.

Overseas Patricians	JPY 3,000 *available onsite, cash only

Badge

A name badge will be provided when you register at the Registration Desk.
All participants are requested to wear the name badges at all times within the Conference venue.

Cloakroom

Cloakroom is located on the 2nd floor. Valuables cannot be left at the Cloakroom.

Luncheon Seminar

Free refreshments and boxed lunch will be provided for the Luncheon Seminar's participants.
Tickets for the Luncheon Seminars will be available during following time and on the site. Please kindly be reminded that due to the limited number of meals and seats, tickets will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
