    1. July 23-Aug. 31, 2022 for sessions only for on-demand viewing
    2. Aug. 5-31, 2022 for sessions held on-site

Registration

  • On-line registration only.
  • There is no registration desk to accept new registration on site. Please make sure you register online before coming to the venue.

  • Standard registration: from June 23, 2022 to Aug. 31, 2022 23.59 JST (UTC+9)

  • Post-graduate students are asked to register according to their membership categories.
  • Those who register as medical staff are asked to submit their ID, such as name card, business card, or items that can proof your status.
  • Junior residents and students (undergraduate degree) registration is free. Please upload the proof of status (student ID or resident ID) from the registration system.

How to register

  • We only accept credit card payment.
    • Credit Card accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club
    • No other payment method is accepted, including bank transfer.
    • “Convention Linkage, Inc.” (secretariat office) is shown in your credit card statement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Once you complete the registration, the confirmation message and receipt are sent automatically.

However, the reply message is sent in Japanese.
Please notify the secretariat office (jas54@c-linkage.co.jp) once you complete your registration and payment. We will send you a confirmation message and receipt in English.

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept cancellation after payment for any reasons.
  • Please be careful not to make multiple registrations.
