Registration Categories

• Academic: Registrants who are employed by a university, college, research institution or government agency.
• Student: Registrants who are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an academic institution.
• Corporate: Registrants who are employed at a company.

Payment Method

Payment of the registration fee should be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Bank Transfer

• The payment should be completed by the deadline of registration.
  - by July 7, 2016 for Early Registration
  - by September 12, 2016 for Standard Registration
• Remitter's name should be the same as the registrant's one.
• Bank fees are supposed to be paid by remitters.

Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available through the online registration system.
• VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club or JCB is accepted.

Cancellations

• Cancellation must be notified to the Conference Secretariat by email .
• All refunds will be made after the symposium.
• Bank service fees for refund will be deducted from the paid registration fee.

Cancellation by July 7, 2016	: Full Refund
Cancellation from July 8, 2016 to September 12, 2016	: 50% Refund
Cancellation on and after September 13, 2016	: No Refund
