Request for uploading slide data for poster presenters

Submissions may be edited and re-uploaded at any time during the submission period.

Slide Guidelines

• Prepare all of your presentation slides in 16:9 wide screen format. If you use slides made in 4:3 format, the slides will not be displayed in full screen size (blank spaces will appear on both sides of the screen).

• Prepare for the slides in English.

• Include the title of the presentation and your name, affiliation and other information on the first slide, COI disclosure information on the second slide, and conclusion on the last slide.

• Use the Windows OS, Microsoft PowerPoint 2010/2013/2016/2019 and the standard Windows fonts shown below in slides. (Otherwise, the slides submitted as a backup or for downloading may not be properly displayed.)

  English fonts: Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier New, Gerogia

• The file name should be a combination of your session number and your name.

  (Example: P01-1 TaroSuzuki.pptx)

• There is no limit for number of slides, but the data size must be under 500MB.

• Avoid using any audio, video, or animation in your slides.

• Do not set a password to the file.
