Visa Application
Participants from certain countries are requested to obtain VISA to enter Japan.
Please check if you need to apply for VISA at http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html, or contact your local Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General.
Those who are requested to obtain VISA, please make sure to submit a completed questionnaire to the secretariat by July 31 (Mon.), 2017.
Documents are only issued to those who have completed their registration and payment.
Secretariat will not take any responsibilities for the failure of obtaining VISA for those who submitted the questionnaire after this date.
If you have (an) accompanying person(s) who also require VISA, please make sure to register them as (an) accompanying person(s).
