Submission Guidelines

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM

To submit abstract, please prepare the following information:

  • Presenting Author’s and Co-authors’ Details.
  • Full First and Family Name (s).
  • Affiliation Details: department, institution / hospital, city, state, email address.
  • Abstract Title: limited to 25 words in UPPER CASE.
  • Abstract text: limited to 400 words
  • Abstracts should clearly state:
    1. Background and Aims
    2. Methods
    3. Results
    4. Conclusions
  • Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word appear the first time.
  • Selected abstracts will reflect the best research in the following topics:
    1. Lower Limb - Hip
    2. Lower Limb - Knee
    3. Lower Limb - Foot and Ankle
    4. Upper Limb - Shoulder
    5. Upper Limb - Elbow
    6. Upper Limb - Hand
    7. Spine
    8. Traumatology
    9. Report of Japanese Fellowship in France
  • Graphs and Images: A maximum of 2 images can be included per abstract. The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB. The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 600 (w) x 800 (h) pixel.
  • Graphs and images may be uploaded in JPG, PNG or GIF format only.

Abstract Selection And Presentation

The Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author.
