1. Registration Information
On-line registration only.
There is no registration desk to accept new registration on site. Please make sure you register online before coming to the venue.
Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of discounted registration fees.

On-demand viewing period: The end of July - August 31, 2024
* Partially sessions other than free papers (oral and poster presentations) will be streamed on demand.

4. How to register
- We only accept credit card payment.
- Credit Card accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club
- No other payment method is accepted, including bank transfer.
- “Convention Linkage, Inc.” (secretariat office) is shown in your credit card statement.

5. Cancellation / Refund
No refund for cancellation after completion of registration.
6. Receipt / Certification
You can download your receipt and certificate of attendance from your “My page”.
※You will be able to log in to your “My page” from end of June. Since my page will close by August 31 , please do not forget download the documents by end of August.

7. Insurance
The organizing committee does not assume any responsibility for accidents or damage to the private property of participants. We recommend making arrangements for health insurance or any other necessary insurance(s) by yourself.
