- * Please register online via the JSPCCS 60 website during the registration period. Payment is accepted by credit card only.
- * JCK Asian Pacific Heart Forum 2024 (JCK-AP HF 2024) will be held for two days on July 12 (Fri.) and July 13 (Sat.) at Room 8.
- *1 Please upload and submit a certificate signed or sealed by a training supervisor via the registration system.
- *2 Please upload and submit relevant certificates via the registration system.
- *3 If you would like to register for the Banquet during the meeting, please come to receptions below.

(3) Receipt and Certificate of attendance
A receipt and a certificate of attendance can be downloaded from“ My Page” on the exclusive viewing site set up for this meeting.
Please be sure to download your receipt and certificate of attendance while the viewing website is open.
(4) Abstracts (Online abstracts)
Abstracts will be available online. Participants will receive an email with a password to view the abstracts (the email will be sent around July).
If you have not received the information before the meeting, please contact the secretariat by email.
Luncheon Seminars
There will be numbered tickets distributed for luncheon seminars.
Tickets for the seminars will only be distributed on the day of the seminars held.
The number of tickets distributed is limited. Distributionwill end as soon as they run out.
Please note that the numbered ticket will become invalid as soon as the seminars start.

videos, or lecture slides, or taking screenshots of viewing screens. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is also prohibited.
- Defamation (slander/libel) using the chat (Q&A) is strictly prohibited.
- The secretariat will retain records of chats (Q&A).
