Session Title: Soft Matter Biophysics
Session Summary:Soft matter biophysics is a crucial approach for exploring the principles that bridge microscopic molecular properties and meso/macroscopic cell dynamics. This session is devoted to discussing cutting-edge topics of soft matter biophysics, including the physics of biological membranes, the physics of hearing, the active matter physics of collective life phenomena, and the physics of chromatin and genome. The session is organized by the Biological Physics Commission of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) as a collaborative project between IUPAP and IUPAB.
