Preparation Method of Presentation Data

  1. MS Power Point (Windows ver. 2007/2010)
    - Please use the Windows standard fonts.
  2. Resolution is XGA (1,024 ×768)
    - Using of higher resolution may result in various projection trouble.
  3. Please bring your back-up data with you for data trouble. The data installed to the congress-provided PC will be completely deleted by the secretariat after the congress.
  4. Please put 'Abstract Code' and 'Your Name' at the beginning of your filename.
  5. Please bring your presentation data with either USB flash memory or CD-ROM. You will be asked to preview it at the PC Preview Desk.
  6. If you bring your own PC, please make sure to confirm shape of output terminal and bring terminal for connection if necessary and please turn off functions of screen saver, energy saver and pass-word lock. D-sub15 pin 3 row connecter (normal monitor terminal) will be used for connection.
  7. When the presentation data is prepared in Macintosh, please bring your own PC.
  8. If there is any COI, the oral presenter should use the disclosure slide to present COI after the title slide, in order to clarify the name of companies and/or associations in question.
