- Multipurpose toilets
The Sapporo Convention Center offers a total of seven multipurpose toilets. The most accessible toilets are located in front of the Main Hall on the first floor, within both the men's and women's areas.
There are nappy changing stations in the men's and women's toilets in front of the Main Hall and five multipurpose toilets. There are seven locations. Please take used nappies home with you. - Elevators
There are three elevators in the Convention Center - Rental for wheelchair
Wheelchairs are available at the west entrance. Please ask for” Information” at the Sapporo Convention Center when using them.
Please note that these chairs are for public use and may be loaned out or under maintenance. - Parking
Parking is available in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd flat and multi-storey car parks on the west side of the Sapporo Convention Center. Please note that parking fees apply. Designated parking spaces for individuals with disabilities are available, though the number of spaces is limited. If you require assistance, please inform the security guard at the car park entrance via the intercom.
Unfortunately, parking reservations cannot be made in advance. If you are accompanied by another driver, they can drop you off at the bus bay before entering the car park. - Prayer room
Please use 203 on the second floor.
For wheelchair-participants
Wheelchair-accessible seating will be provided at the front of each lecture and presentation room. Please be aware that there may be a limited number of wheelchair spaces available in certain venues.

Information about onsite check-in
Upon arrival, please visit the Registration Desk to pick up your congress goods and name badge. Please fill out your affiliation and wear the badge at all times when you stay at the congress venue.
- We will also provide accompanying person badges to those who registered.
- Students are required to carry the student ID card, as it may be checked at the venue.
Registration (On-site fee)
Registration (On-site fee) stars at noon October 30 (JST) on Registration Online Portal.
For on-site registration on the day of the event, you will also need to register through the online registration portal using credit card payment. We highly recommend completing your payment before arriving at the venue.
Application for Gala Dinner
Gala Dinner application will open at on-site registration desk. Please note that payment method is cash (10,000 yen/person) only and application may close once capacity is reached.
If you want to participate in The 58th Japanese Occupational Therapy Congress & EXPO in Hokkaido 2024 (58th JOTC in Hokkaido)
- Full-day congress participants (6-9th Nov) are able to participate in Japanese Occupational Therapy Congress & Expo (58th JOTC in Hokkaido) with no additional fee. However, if you wish to make a presentation at 58th JOTC or participate online, you need to pay the registration fee for 58th JOTC.
- Please give the 58th JOTC attendance ticket, which will be provided along with your name badge of APOTC 2024, at the registration desk of JOTC.
