Visa Application
- Please confirm the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan” website to see if you need a VISA to enter Japan or we would like you to confirm with the Japanese Embassy in your country.
- If you need any documents for VISA application, please fill in the VISA questionnaire and send it to us (aphs2016-secretariat@c-linkage.co.jp) by September 20.
- We cannot issue any documents before your registration has been completed.
- To request for a visa document for accompany person, please kindly understand that a registration of this meeting is required.
For any request without registration, please note that no visa document will be issued.
Notice
- Receipts and Certificate of attendance will be handed at the registration desk on-site.
- For pre-registered participants who have special request on Food Restriction, please be assured that limited number of “Vegetarian” and “Halal Friendly” lunch boxes will be prepared.
In reason of limited availability, please note that short of provision will be happened to on-site registered participants.
